Adult Content Agreement
As a viewer, I confirm that I am an adult (18 years or older) and have read and understood this Adult Content Agreement. I am not accessing this site from any location that prohibits adult content. I will not permit any non-consenting adults or minors to view the material on this site.

Any money exchanged is strictly for time and companionship. Any other activities that may occur are entirely at the discretion of consenting adults of legal age and are not part of any explicit contract or compensation agreement.
I understand that all deposits and booking payments are non-refundable.
These deposits or payments confirm the booking for a specific date. If a booking is canceled or rescheduled, the deposit or payment will serve as a compensation fee for the time that I, the client, had secured with Taylor Babe. This time could have potentially been booked by another client for a similar or greater monetary value.
Taylor Babe reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to users of this site. The service may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons.
IN NO EVENT WILL TAYLOR BABE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMPENSATORY DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY FORM OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT OR WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF TAYLOR BABE HAS BEEN ADVISED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
I attest and affirm that I am not affiliated with any local, state/provincial, or federal law enforcement agency for the purpose of entrapment or any investigative activities. By continuing beyond this point, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to ALL terms and conditions stated herein before entering Taylor Babe’s website.
